All jewelry is handcrafted with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

US Shipping
Option: US Shipping (incl. Duties via DDP)
Cost: £40.00 per order + £10.00 per item (includes 18% handling fee)
Estimated Delivery: 5–14 business days (tracked)
Coverage: All 50 states and territories of the United States
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and brokerage fees are prepaid and included in the shipping cost. You will not be charged any extra fees upon arrival.
EU Shipping
Option: EU Shipping – Duties Included
Cost: £20.00 per order + £10.00 per item (includes 3% handling fee)
Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days (tracked)
Coverage: 24 EU countries including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Czech Republic, Greece, and others.
All duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are prepaid where applicable — no additional charges on delivery.
Worldwide Shipping (Asia & Rest of the World)
Option: Worldwide Shipping – Duties Included
Cost: £20.00 per order + £10.00 per item (includes 8% handling fee)
Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days (tracked)
Coverage: All other countries and territories (including Asia, Australia, Canada, Middle East, Africa, South America, etc.)
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid where supported by our carriers (DDP). In most cases, no additional charges apply. Very rare high-fee destinations may require contact, but we aim to cover estimated costs in the shipping rate.
Returns
As a small, independent jeweler, I take great pride in crafting each piece by hand with care and attention to detail. My goal is for you to love your purchase. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
14 Days to Return
You can return most items for a refund within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags, packaging and certificates intact.
Custom & personalised items
Bespoke, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable (custom-made exemption under UK law), unless faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will arrange a full refund (including original shipping) or replacement. Return postage for faulty items is covered by me.
How to return

I’ll send return instructions and address.
Use tracked, insured postage.
Once received and inspected (usually 5–7 days), refund goes to original payment method (5–10 business days to appear).
Important
Return shipping is your cost for change-of-mind returns.
Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable unless faulty (hygiene reasons).
No refund on customs duties for international returns.
Sales become final after the return window.
