Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted and dispatched within approximately 1 to 4 weeks. Custom commissions and restoration work are quoted with individual timelines.

Does Gugunava Jewelry ship internationally?

Yes. I ship worldwide from London. UK delivery is free and tracked. EU shipping is £25.00 per order plus a 2% handling fee. US shipping is £35.00 per order plus a 4% handling fee. Rest of world is £25.00 per order plus a 2% handling fee. All international parcels are tracked.

Are import duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

Yes. I ship Delivered Duty Paid to the United States, the European Union and most other destinations. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and brokerage are prepaid and included in the shipping cost, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

How long does delivery take to the United States and Europe?

Estimated delivery is 4 to 10 business days to the European Union, 5 to 14 business days to the United States, and 7 to 21 business days to the rest of the world. All international shipments are tracked.

Is shipping free within the United Kingdom?

Yes. UK domestic shipping is free on all orders, sent with Royal Mail tracked services and fully insured. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days to all regions of the United Kingdom.

What is the returns policy at Gugunava Jewelry?

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. Made-to-order pieces, custom commissions and resized items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for each client. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded within 30 days, with return postage covered by me.

Does Gugunava Jewelry offer a guarantee on its jewellery?

Yes. Every piece is covered by a 12 month workmanship guarantee covering setting and construction. Repairs, resizing, polishing and rhodium plating on my own pieces are offered at cost.

Duties, taxes and customs fees are prepaid where my carriers support Delivered Duty Paid. In most cases nothing further is payable on delivery. For a small number of high-fee destinations I may contact you before dispatch.

Hand Delivery by the Maker

For pieces where it matters, I will bring your jewellery to you in person, anywhere in the world. I hand it over myself, fit it, and answer any question you have about how it was made.

Travel and my time are included. Dates are arranged directly with you after your order.

Returns

Every piece leaves my bench in perfect condition. If something isn't right when it reaches you, let me know and I'll sort it out.

14 Days to Return

You can return most items for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and in original condition with all packaging and certificates intact.
This includes made-to-order pieces, which are returnable on the same terms as ready-to-ship pieces.

Personalised and bespoke pieces

Engraved or monogrammed pieces, items made to your own design, and rings resized to order are non-returnable and non-refundable under the custom-made exemption in UK consumer law, unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact me within 30 days of delivery with photographs.
I will arrange a full refund including original shipping, or a replacement.
Return postage for faulty items is covered by me.

How to return

Email gugunavajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
I'll send return instructions and the address.
Please use tracked, insured postage.
Once your item is received and inspected, usually within 5 to 7 days.
The refund is issued to your original payment method and takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Important

Return shipping is your cost for change-of-mind returns.
Earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
Customs duties on international returns are not refundable.
Sales become final once the return window has closed.
